Mr. Fratesi received a B.A. degree in history and a Master of Public Policy and Administration degree from Mississippi State University (MSU) where he is also a Ph.D. student in Educational Technology. Prior to his current position, Mr. Fratesi worked as a Planner for the City of Germantown, TN and as a Graduate Assistant with the John C. Stennis Institute of Government at Mississippi State University. Mr. Fratesi currently serves on the alumni board of the Oktibbeha County Chapter of the MSU Alumni and the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. |
